UPDATE:
The truck is funded by NBC's "Green is Universal" eco-initiative and will be giving out free veggie burgers and iced tea all week.

The veggie burger was surprisingly tasty, though somewhat heavy on the bun side. I'll post a pic when I can upload one. The tea was not-too-sweet, and quite refreshing!
